Digital Sales Transformation – 12 Week Program

Digital Sales Transformation – 12 Week Training Program

This class is authorised and run in partnership with DLA Ignite and was created by Tim Hughes & Adam Gray – Authors of Smarketing and Social Selling: Techniques to Influence Buyers and Changemakers.

This is not lecture-based training – it is completely hands-on over a 12 week period and we work with you in real-world situations where we are actively fostering leads through social channels. By the end of the program you and your staff will have a practical working knowledge of how to apply social selling techniques into your day-to-day sales process.

Buying and selling have always been social activities. Before our lives were lit by a thousand screens full of Facebook, Twitter, and every other glowing corner of the internet, people asked others they knew for buying advice, like chatting about lawn care companies over the garden fence.
Today, social networks, forums, and online reviews have replaced the humble garden fence, and we’re all digital neighbours.

Social selling is the art of using social media to find, connect with, understand, and nurture sales prospects. It’s the modern way to develop meaningful relationships with potential customers so you’re the first person or brand a prospect thinks of when they’re ready to buy.
